Your information.
Handled thoughtfully.
This notice describes information collected through the Evoke Media Studio website. Updated November 5, 2026.
Information you choose to share
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email, company, business goal, and a short brief. You can also provide a website and an indicative studio budget. We use this information to understand your request, respond, and discuss potential work. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How enquiries are stored
Submitted enquiries are saved in the website’s hosted database. They are available to the site owner through hosting administration tools, rather than a public listing. An enquiry is not automatically added to an email marketing list. This site does not send automated marketing emails when you submit the form.
Technical information
The hosting provider processes technical data needed to serve and protect the website, which can include request logs, IP addresses, and browser information. The enquiry endpoint uses a daily changing hash derived from a network address to limit repeated submissions. The enquiry record stores that hash, not the raw address.
Cookies and analytics
Evoke has not installed advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this website. The site’s hosting platform may use essential cookies for security or access controls. Form entries remain in the active page while you move between steps; the form does not save them to your browser’s local storage.
Access, retention, and service providers
We use website hosting and database providers to operate this service. Information may be processed in locations outside your own country. Access to enquiries should be limited to people handling your request. We retain enquiry information while it is needed for the request, a resulting business relationship, or applicable recordkeeping requirements, and review it for deletion when it is no longer needed.
Your requests
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted using the contact form. Identify your original enquiry and describe your request. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before taking action.
